Wish i could have filmed a better performance, maybe one that did that show justice.
Props are great and theres alot of it but music is not original and usually judges dont like singing im surprised they won area. As like i said judges dont like these types of shows. I was a judge on 2016-18
My guess is that judges are willing to look at this from a new age drum core perspective instead of the classic style of marching with hardly any props. Bands not willing to adapt in the coming years are probably the ones you might see trailing the other modern bands in the score sheets.

So sorry to disappoint all of the John. B. Alexander highschool fans, I was sadly unable to record your performance at UIL today due to my phone over heating, I'm so sorry to everyone and I hope to make it up by going to either a football just to see the performance (although there will be a lot of talking during the performance as people who go to football games actually for the football and not the halftime show. Who knew?) But I do apologize for this issue on my behalf.
