Great video! I wanted to come here and clarify a crucial point for our EO brothers and sisters. For those of you who do not know the word 'hypostasis' had an older definition which meant - essence or substance; only later on, did it come to mean what it means now - an induvial subject constituted of an essence. When St. Cyril speaks of the "union at the level of hypostasis", he is referring to the union of the divine Logos (the Word) with a human nature in one hypostasis (person). We as Oriental Orthodox follow St. Cyril, who teaches that there is one hypostasis (person) in Christ, namely the Word (Logos). This one hypostasis assumes human nature without division or separation. The union does not result in two persons (or hypostases), but one single person. We do not believe in the union of two hypostases, where "hypostasis" refers to two individual subjects. Instead, we affirm that one hypostasis-the Word of God-unites to Himself a human nature, making Christ one person who is both fully God and fully man. In the Incarnation, the one hypostasis of the Word took on human nature. So, there is no division of two hypostases in Christ, but rather, the one hypostasis of the Word assumed humanity. Thus, after the union, we do not speak of two separate natures existing side by side, but of one "composite nature" (mia physis), because they are inseparably united in the one person of Christ.

His divine nature is human, and his human nature is divine. So there is no seperation.

I thought nobody will know The Truth of Oriental Orthodoxy, since we are small fractions ,yet the non-corrupted. But I am happy that the Deacon from Assyrian Church is sharing it. This is the Church which has survived all the persecutions , happened every century after Christs Crisifiction, and still suffering for the Truth. Note :Rome and Eastern Orthodox , always had their back by those influential emperors, I think thats why they're large and powerful.
