Don’t hire this company; you will regret it! Our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. We first engaged in their services in 2022, and our trust in them has been shattered by their sneaky and dishonest behavior. The core of our grievance centers around a simple financial transaction that should have been executed professionally and efficiently. We entrusted Treeium with a substantial payment, earmarked for our architect. However, as of November 2023, not a single cent has reached the hands of our architect, leaving us in an unprecedented state of distress, unable to move forward with our construction project. Our architect sent Treeium an invoice for his work in April! Treeium has been holding onto our money, refusing to pay or refusing to grant us a refund for 8 months! The extent of Treeium's deception becomes apparent when you attempt to reach out to them for answers. Phone calls consistently go unanswered, leading to the frustrating ordeal of leaving voicemails that are promptly ignored. Emails yield nothing but vague, disheartening responses that shift the responsibility onto an anonymous "someone else" who is supposedly handling payments. The reality, however, is that nobody at Treeium seems willing to take ownership of their obligations. I have resorted to calling the CEO of Treeium, Moty Ginsburg, several times, hoping the owner of the company will help me, but no calls are returned. Our architect, who has shown kindness and patience with us through this ordeal, runs a small business. He has also been a victim of this deceit because he has not been paid for his work. He made the effort to visit Treeium's office in Los Angeles twice and directly confronted their CEO, Mr. Ginsburg. Shockingly, all he got from Treeium was evasive comments, as if they were completely unaware of their outstanding debt to our architect, despite multiple documented communications made by email and snail mail. This situation is not just a matter of business; it has deeply personal ramifications for me. My father is a disabled veteran, and I had plans to move in with him to take care of him, but I cannot do so until our architect is paid. The fact that Treeium has callously disrupted our lives without any remorse is simply reprehensible. Treeium Construction's conduct is inexcusable, and it demonstrates a total disregard for the trust placed in them by their clients. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to be wary of their sneaky and dishonest practices. This company's lack of integrity and accountability has caused untold stress and suffering in our lives, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.

This looks great and I think it would be a good idea to give a rough budget estimate and also go into how long approximately it takes to get permits for something like this in LA County. I'm in the Woodland Hills area and would love to research what the process is to create a 2 story addition from scratch on level ground with no demo needed.

I wonder why the house in the video has solar panels on both sides of the house? It would seem the most benefit would come from panels on the South side of the house where the sun hits the hardest/most?
