For safari at Bandipur, I first went to Mysore by train from Howrah, Howrah Mysore SF express is available from Howrah and other trains can get from the website of IRCTC as per availability. I have stayed at Mysore and from there went to Bandipur by booked car@4000-4500/-, it's may vary.
