Friend, this is an AMAZING help for my insomnia. I play this on one of those MusiCozy facemasks / BlueTooth earphone headbands. The maximum volume is just enough for me to comfortably make out Loki's soothing voice, which is not only incredibly relaxing, but in combination with the ambient noise is almost like a natural sleep aid. It serves as an excellent timer too. If I'm not asleep by about the time Thor scolds him (around 10m), it's probably not going to happen. If I'm still awake when Frigga makes her appearance (about 20m), I get up and do something else and try again in a couple of hours. Please make more videos like this because I subscribed to UA-cam Premium just for background play on this one video!!
