Hi, first I would like to thank you for the awesome playing. I love Pianoteq and I am looking for a good keyboard. Roland FP-90x seems to have a long pivot point and the piano itself looks nice. Is the action good? Is it noisy?
Thank you! In this particular video I’m using the FP-90, though I also own the FP-90X. That being said, both pianos have the PHA-50 action but the FP-90 action is noticeably lighter and in my opinion better than the FP-90X, even though it’s supposed to be the same action. If you plan to mainly use VSTs, I would highly recommend the FP-90 over the FP-90X, especially since you can find a used FP-90 for very cheap. Also, the action isn’t noisy at all.
@@avantmusique thank you for the information! It's hard to find FP-90 in the area, where I live (Central Europe). I will also try Yamaha P-525 with their (new for the model) GrandTouch-S action.
@@amitevI’ve heard great things about the P525, the action is supposed to be much lighter and better playability than its predecessor. Good luck!
