Dude breeding beasts isn’t useless since we are keeping them safe from poachers. And the babies can be safely born in the vivariums and we can safely rehome the babies if needed or keep the babies in the nab sack since we can switch out the beasts in the vivariums when we need something from them and the beasts get fed 24/7 the baby beasts also need to eat 24/7 and be brushed at certain points plus when the adults aren’t in the vivariums you can tend to the babies or mix them this ain’t the normal world where beasts can defend themselves from poachers plus there’s too many poachers around so drastic measures have to be taken to keep the beasts safe deek said so himself all the beasts or as many of the beasts as possible have to be saved from poachers. We have no choice but to rescue the beasts and find ways to keep them safe since they can’t defend themselves and we have to move them away from poachers

A tip for your ore mining (the stone mining at the stone deposit works fine, but not naturally spawned nodes): digtoise performs way worse than any other lvl 2 or 3 mining pal, since the headband wont work for the pals you use in your base. It might be a bug or intentional design, there‘s a few videos on yt explaining it, might be worth looking into. I‘ve been using Anubis at my ore farming bases which improved the quantity of the ore as well as the food consumption by a lot. I still keep a digtoise to run in my party if I go out to gather quartz, sulfur or anything else tho, in party it‘s the best mining pal. I‘d recommend getting anubis with the relaxaurus - celeray combination ^^

Great video! I wish I had known more when I placed my first base too. I also built my first base in nearly the same place you did. I need to work more to get it moved somewhere else now that I have the 3rd base unlocked and haven't set one up yet.

I have like 3 different maps/guides saved to my phone for breeding, finding where pals spawn, and this one for all POIs. I’ve only gotten lucky once in the volcano area with a huge egg to get my jormuntide ignis - I keep going back and flying all over so I definitely will start using that map for eggs specifically!

When you unlock a Kitsun their partner skill is while riding it protects from heat and cold, which is useful for the volcano.

Making money is this game dum easy any clothes or animals just sell by the time you you have all 4 vivarium you'll probably have anywhere from 20-40k which you can't even spend on anything cause there isn't alot to buy plus once you reach level 40 you won't really need to upgrade or get better clothes so breeding for profit doesn't make sense I only kept beast for materials which I stopped needing after awhile
