Thank you for the check in! Oh my, you have a lot going on! I hope you show yourself some grace about quitting the 75 thing because that sounds like too much. You do not look like you have grandchildren. I was surprised by that. I wish you well and luck in the coming weeks that the way you're eating supports you. Every journey is different and every journey was a discovery. Mazel Tov!

I went Keto at the beginning of 2020. I took 6 weeks to transition from the Standard American Diet (SAD) to clean Keto. It took 9 months to lose 30 pounds of excess weight. Then I stalled but I did not see a reason to give up. I experimented with fasting, eliminating coffee, dairy, keto sweeteners, and combinations of that and other things over the next 2 1/2 years. Still no movement from the scale but because I was feeling so good, I didn't stress about it. It wasn't until I went Carnivore that I broke through my stall and dropped the remaining 10 pounds from my original goal. And wouldn't you know, I dropped even more! I am now retaining that loss and eating only animal products.

Because every video could be a first video for someone who is trying to heal themselves, I will be posting this on every video I watch on this topic. The benefits I’ve enjoyed since adopting the Carnivore way of eating (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, able to remember why I went into another room, varicose veins disappeared, sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, joint pain gone, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, and I never feel “hangry”

Shabbat shalom😁 I been on carnivore diet for almost 2 years now. Anyways, do you know how much carbs were in the spoonful of Nutella? I add 1 tablespoon of flavored creamer to my coffee in the morning. I just make sure if I do anything like that I keep it under like 20 carbs in a 24 hour period

If you don't go full in you will not see the benefits and the cravings will be serious as well. Once full in it stops after 2 weeks. And you don't really feel hungry and cravings die down. If you are 45 days in still struggling you are cheating yourself

I salute and applaud you for taking control of your health and well-being. I'm a carnivore and becoming a carnivore overnight is the most difficult thing to do. I encourage you to keep going. I have a tip for you to help you avoid those spoonfuls of non-carnivore treats. Your craving for that can be avoided if you eat enough at mealtime. Dr. Ken Berry (@KenDBerryMD) recommends eating "until you're comfortably stuffed." Kelly Hogan (@myzerocarblife) finds that when her tribe stall or "cheat" it's because they're not eating enough. At the beginning, especially if you've jumped in at the deep end, don't hesitate to eat, eat, eat. Do not count calories and don't worry if you eat 3 steaks or 6 burger patties (or both!) in one sitting. It will take time for your body to heal. It does take time but your body will guide you. Good luck and L'Shana Tovah! Liked, Subscribed, and notifications are on!

Fantastic advice. I would like to mention that in the first couple months of eating carnivore it did not matter if I ate enough. due to lifelong carb addiction it took me a few months to shake those sugar cravings. I think it’s more of a mental thing for a lot of us.

you did good… Don't be so hard on yourself… Put little cream in your coffee did you jump from the American diet straight into carnivore? If you did give yourself a little bit of a break. You can do this, but you do want to get that sugar out of your system that way you won't be hungry for anything extra. Are you taking electrolytes… This will help with sugar crave. It takes a while. Just don't fall apart if you make one mistake. You're gonna do great keep going forward. I'm just passing by to encourage you. You can.

Well done on your journey so far re carnivore . Some of the things that would help you is to change what you stock up on because if you have things you used to eat about you will just fall back on them. You will get better result when you delve in proper and make it simple , beef , salt and water. I understand the best way to handle coffee with carnivore lifestyle is to make sure you eat your carnivore meal till you are full then have your coffee, never have coffee on an empty stomach that way you will see no need for the coffee and you will end up ditching coffee all together. Give it a try. Also check for help with others doing well on the life style to help you. Like stake and butter gal on YT and others

Carnivore will change your life and recover your health. I am just over a year and feel the best I have in my life. I’m 56. But stop cheating. It’s important to not cheat for the first 90 days. Stevia is fine. Keep up your walking at least 10,000 steps. Try to replace processed meats with grass fed hamburger. But do what you can afford.

There are so many factors & if you're sticking to it... it's NOT YOU! :) Took us a long time to get here, won't be instant to move the other direction. Please keep that in mind. Also, it's different for everyone & for different reasons, but... the results will come! Men seem to lose quicker & more than women. Depends where you carry your weight + our age. Depends how metabolically healthy/unhealthy you are. Depends on if you have other health issues, are on medications, etc. Depends on age, etc etc. That said, I carried 99% of excess weight right around my middle. Stick legs & arms my entire life. If I gain, goes right to the gut. Been a diet controlled (after a few years of 3 different diabetes meds, all at max doses + insulin... which is when I said nope.. not doing it, was HELL) Type 2 diabetic, technically, for 2 decades now. The last few years tho, started slipping into old carb/sugar habits & I could FEEL in every way that my sugars were prob high again & I was becoming insulin resistant again. Tested my blood sugars & boy was I shocked. That day, tried 30 days of this "carnivore" thing a friend swore by. Tbh, I thought it was absolutely ridiculous, showing just how brainwashed we've all been. WELL..... after those 30 days, I hadn't lost an ounce either. My glucose numbers were lower, but.. not by much (& for 30 days, I was eating NO sugar/carbs). Decided to keep going for some reason &.. eventually they did start coming down. Imho, we have to fix those things before our bodies will start to "let go" per se. I felt better in every other way by then, just wanted the sugars to come down more to near normal (have been unmedicated for 20 yrs) AND to lose some weight. Sleep, phew.. never better. Mental clarity, energy, focus, aches/pains/inflammation... SO much better!!! Prob around the 90 day mark, I decided to weigh myself again & I was down like 7 lbs. Sure, it's something but I was again disappointed. I kept going tho.. not wanting to lose all those other benefits. My clothes were getting a lot looser too, I laugh.. as even my undies were falling down beneath my pants. ha ha ha, who'd-a-thunk?!? I did one 'fast' & on a day I just wasn't feeling hungry, decided to see how long I could go until I was. I drank water & 1c of coffee in the mornings. I put a little pinch of good salt under my tongue. I think I was craving things, but not 'hungry' so kept going. Ended up being near the 3rd day & I decided to eat. Lost 10 lbs that week AND my blood sugar numbers were pretty darn close to normal fasting AND 2 hrs after a meal, which I hadn't seen until that point. That was around Christmas... haven't weighed myself since. I'm sure I will at some point, but........ it's now been 11 months of this "30 day challenge" lol.... & I've NEVER felt better in every way. My metabolic health is greatly improved, I'd no longer even be considered PRE-diabetic. It took time to get there tho, so my body would start releasing it's storage of glucose, etc. Worth it just for that, imho!!!!! I hope you don't get too discouraged & give it a little more time. You'll see, stick with it. :) Sending you positive thoughts, well wishes & all the encouragement you need!!!!! <3 Thanks for sharing!

Take your measurements and if you don't have weight loss, check your measurements, like you did with the jacket, some changes happen without visible weight loss, remember some healing could be happening in your body, you didn't get this big quickly, time and faith in the healing is what you need

Naomi, stick with it, try 18 hour intermittent fasting. Butter/bacon/eggs. I don't know if this helps, but if you drink coffee, and you don't like it black, use heavy whipping cream. Of course I'm a dude. I think the advice you should listen to more than any is another woman that's on this diet, from what I understand, you ladies might have different considerations when doing this diet. You are trying, and that's HUGE! Good for you, don't be discouraged. picture yourself when you slim down to bikini weight, walking on the beach with the sand between your toes, lookin' like a million bucks. It will be wonderful.
