If it was discussed with a product or server proper cycle or order for VAT, it would be easier to track, plus when new interfaces are discussed a basic intro about that interface should be discussed too. Then I think any new user to a VAT solution, could understand how it works and how it fulfills the total need for VAT solutions. Thanks
