Danielle: I can definitely understand how upsetting it can be when your device no longer charges like it did in the past. I would like to try some troubleshooting, some of which you may have already tried. Typically step 2 resolves the issue: 1) If you are using the USB-C to USB-C cable to charge the powerstation please press and hold the status button for 5-10 seconds until the LED lights start dancing sequentially. Sometimes, if the powerstation was depleted while charging a USB-C powered device from the USB-C port on the powerstation it can still be in charging mode and needs to be told to accept a charge rather than attempting to output charge. 2) If you have the USB-A to USB-C cable please use this to charge the powerstation if the first step doesn't work as this can kick start the powerstation into accepting a charge through the USB-C port (Be sure to plug the USB-A connector into a USB-A wall adapter and the USB-C connector into the powerstation USB-C 3XL). Please note the LED lights may not turn on to acknowledge the cable has been plugged in so be sure to leave the item to charge for at least 1-3 hours before reverting back to using the USB-C to USB-C cable. 3) Test an alternate wall outlet within your residence to see if this allows the powerstation to charge (with either step 1 or 2). 4) Use an alternate wall adapter or USB-A port on a computer to see if this allows the powerstation to accept a charge. 5) Testing an alternate USB-C to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C cable can tell us if the cable is the culprit or if the powerstation itself needs a replacement. 6) Clear all ports on the powerstation with compressed air (or a forceful breath) to remove any debris causing a connection issue (even if the port looks clear please still try this step).

i did it. Use USB-A TO USB C cable to charge it. when you plug it in led light will dancing. leave the it to charge for at least 1-3 hours before reverting back to using the USB-C to USB-C cable.

10 minutes with usb a is enough to switch to usb c
