I would love to talk to you!! I have had a mass taken out from Axilla and needle biopsies showed concerning features plus stains positive Sox 10 s100 and others then later taken out No other surrounding lymph nodes were taken out to be tested But they labeled it as a schwannoma But later I had it retested because I had necrosis and Mitotic cells 4 to 10 high powered field with rare areas and Stained later on High Positive P63 on those locations which on Pet showed increased uptake at that time before removal. I’m concerned they have mis diagnosed this mass and now I have another on the opposite area..9 months later. Should I have this somehow relabeled?
Wonderful, Thank you so much Dr. Hart

Amazing 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Mediastinum areas and Axilla
How rare is Spindle cell lymphoma? And what would you look for in them along with what IHC would confirm. I found a handful of papers on this entity.
Also if you could explain what types of cancers or malignant entities with CD 56 and P63 high positive with High Sox 10 S100, vimentin, Pax 8 weak, ki-67 at 5%, rare Mitotic areas with peri vascular hyper vascular and hypo vascular areas of concern. All other stains were negative

Could you do a video of spindle cell carcinoma of the breast? My final report just completed with a diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumor of the breast? I can't find anything on this diagnosis and I have 3 weeks before I see a surgeon. Please help educate me
There is a lecture about spindle tumor of the breast here ua-cam.com/video/vRUI8IZdq8w/v-deo.html But "spindle cell carcinoma" and "solitary fibrous tumor" are different. 1) "spindle cell carcinoma" is a malignant cancer of epithelial cells, whose tumor cells have spindle shape. 2) "solitary fibrous tumor" is a tumor of "connective tissue" (aka. "Soft Tissue"). It can occur at the breast or other organs, such as the Lung, Liver, etc. Solitary fibrous tumor is usually a benign tumor and mostly just need an operation. www.pathologyoutlines.com/topic/softtissuesft.html ua-cam.com/video/Rnt5NO53ttA/v-deo.html

Your commentary just exudes enthusiasm for the material. Thank you. PS, would love to examine some of the epithelioid hemangiomas for FXIIIa+ dendritic macrophages (dendrophages).
