Yes, I did this a while back. It wasn't formal. I just prayed in the affirmative and it has basically dissolved. I now just practice compassion. I know how most people feel because I have either felt it myself through my own experience or I had felt it as an empath. I just couldn't do it anymore. It was making me sick and keeping me stuck as a doormat. I would rather just practice compassion because then it is my choice. I still have the ability to feel empathy when I choose to, but it is always my choice now. I still have strong automatic empathic feelings for animals though. Sometimes it hurts to the point of making me feel ill, but it pushes me to help animals (domestic and wild) who are in need and to get them where they can get help. I could never run a rescue or rehabilitation on my own. I fear I would end up getting sick.

Yes! I did this five years ago. My empathy kept me stuck in a bad relationship. I realized that doing that meant that I wasn't taking care of myself and that I was being held back from expressing my authentic nature. Our authentic nature is how God wants to be expressed through us. I bent over backwards for this other person and lost myself and lost connection to God. I quit all contracts. She asked me what was different and I said "I tore up my contracts". She said "I want to tear up contracts too!". Now my ex is still stuck draining another woman who is trying to rescue him and I am free❤ Later I had dinner with a friend who hadn't seen me for a while and she saw the shift in me.

Ive had it since around 2004 ish. Doesn't bother me or cause discomfort. Nowadays its quite frequent in my life. There is often a sensation of a build up of energy next to one of my ears which then streams inside. Energy/communication downloads from higher realms. And also, throughout the last 4 weeks ive been noticing angel numbers too Its just started in my right ear has i type this :).

my guides actually guided me to stop doing what i was doing for others that left me deplitated. I heard we are done here, we going elsewhere. For me was a done contract and now excited for my new beginning. I was guided to leave my Tik tok live events , create my ebook and leave . My download was you left them what they needed. I appreciate this message. During a guided meditation today I heard the statement to detach from the collective unconscious is advantageous and I never knew that was a good thing to do. Being in the realm of everybody else's thoughts is like an algorithm gone berserk, so now I see the value of unsigning contracts too. 🙌🙌

I connect powerfully to many - but I have to express that those who took the poison are not as connected to me........I do live one day at a time currently putting my mother into aged care and my daughter into supported living...lots happening. I feel positive for the future, I feel alive, jubilant and energised currently I guess to cope . Hopefully we all come together to celebrate the newness to come!❤

Wow, it is so serendipitous for me to stumble upon your channel. In 2019 I was plunged into my dark night of the soul. A truth came out that shook my whole world and everything I believed about my life. In 2022 I lost both my parents within a month of each other, and a month later my husband was diagnosed with cancer. He passed away last year. It felt like my whole being was dismantled. The witnesses of my life before were gone. Who I was passed away with them. And though I went trough tremendous trauma and pain, I started to become aware of new aspects of myself. I caught a glimpse of new possibilities. I started to open up to a new consciousness. At the end of the month I will move into a new house. A house I chose alone, just for myself. A new dawn is breaking, and I am in awe.
