While I appreciate your comment it is far too simplistic to shed any light on anything. I actually taught on the (enormous) subject of your comment in Torah portion Nitzavim "wood-choppers and Water Drawers" 9.28.24. Check it out.

If you go to Sepharia.com and type in Heaven, levels of Heaven; the Heavens; upper spheres, you should see dozens and dozens of entries. You have to read them ALL to get a well-rounded idea of the 3 levels of Heaven. Or you could google it and read that the first level is our atmosphere; the second level is space, and the third level is God's presence. But that simple little answer is conjecture from one verse in Greek in the New Testament. Better to get a well-rounded view to really see the Picture God is painting for us.

It is never a good idea to reduce the amazingly deep Pictures and truths of the Scriptures to black and white; bumper stickers and memes. We all need to grow up and be more mature about these things. Also, you should never read the New Testament without knowing what is being quoted or taught from in the Tenach. Otherwise, you may think you understand it but you don't.

"Al Chet" which means "on the sin" where we recite the sins and ask for "slicha" (pardon and forgiveness). This is done congregationally every Yom Kippur, but is included in the Shacharit (Morning) service right after the Amidah in the section called "Vidui" or "confession".

You want to bypass Greek altogether. Best way to learn the Hebrew of the Bible is to get a "Key Word Study Bible". It has words underlined and numbered. The numbers are keyed to the concordance in the back which gives you a very bad transliteration (not even close to correct but Oh well) and the meaning. The Gesenius Hebrew lexicon has the same numbering system but has a lot more meanings given with examples. You can also find the Strongs with Gesenius here: www.eliyah.com/lexicon.html

@@EdensApproach Always New American Standard. NEVR King James--it's another language "Old English" and when producing it, they purposely removed as much of the Judaism and Jewish concepts and words from it as they could. They were very successful!

There are many Rabbis that think the Holocaust was included in the beginning of the Birthpangs. Many say it was the first contraction...I don't know the answer to these questions. I just know about the Birthpangs themselves. There are so many verses about them that I believe we are supposed to know the Birthpangs intimately.

Not sure what "looked up the debate..." means. I do not include in this Teaching the info I learned many years ago about the Calendar date. The answer lies in a book called "Seder Olam" that records every Biblical date. However the author only gave 10 years for the Persian kings, instead of 220 years. So 210 years were dropped from the Calendar date. Add that back into 5784...5994. So, I suppose 6 years (mas o menos) until the Birthpangs/Resurrection/Day of the Lord.

I’m sincerely grateful for your UA-cam channel since I live in the northeast and there is nothing here worth attending in person that speaks the truth and that isn’t church on Saturday. I appreciate your songs, the drawings which are beautiful, congregational input as I usually struggle with the same issues, and especially how you speak Yahwehs word in depth and understanding. I’ve been watching all the previous years Torah portions for that week to study and meditate on how I can apply it to my life to learn and grow into the character of Yeshua. It’s really cool to learn these messages of actual truth and instruction for the kingdom life.

Satan is not "satan" but is a Hebrew phrase: "ha-satan" which means "the adversary". It is not his name or even a title; it's a position. And ha-satan in Judaism (and therefore in Scripture) is not a dude - like the leader of the enemy's team -- he's the bad guy and God is the good guy and we're on His team. The satan is a spirit just like all spirits and is therefore a servant of God, and (like in Job 1 chapter 1 and 2) must present himself before God at Rosh ha Shana. But before present history he was incredibly powerful as a singular entity. Now that power is diminished and the satan is MOSTLY in our own yetzer ha-ra.

Rabbi, when you were talking about natural first in order to understand the spiritual, it reminded me of when Abba showed me that using concrete things to understand abstract things in the montessori method (when researching for homeschooling) is something He created and designed for us to be able to learn via Judaism. It's just so cool.

No I do not; but I know that you can get info about Messianic congregation locations if you go to IAMCS or MJAA or UMJC (these are Messianic congregational organizations) and of course there are several others. For regular Jewish congregations you just need to look them up online (as you did). And yes, Reform congregations are extremely liberal; Conservative are less so. Thanks for listening.
