Good performance. But what is the point of the drum solo?
Huh? I think its to satisfy the people that like the sound of drums, also to give the other musicians a short rest whose fingers and wrists are burning. Vocal chords too but mostly to show off your drummer. Its hard to find someone that doesnt like drums as its the worlds oldest instrument thats baked into us along with a racing heartbeat of 120 beats per minute just like most Rock songs
It’s called putting on a show, google it, you must not have been to a Rock show it happens all the time

Funny story, it actually wasn’t even my idea to do a drum solo at the shows, in fact I really didn’t even wanna do drums solos at the shows, but Melody and the rest of the band insisted…so I do one! You couldn’t pay me enough to go see this poor excuse for a rock n roll band. I’d sooner puke in my mouth and then swallow it instead of going to a liiac concert
Aside from how young they are, this band has something special. The stylistic phrasing Melody uses when she sings is phenomenal. Abigail's drumming is superb. The entire band has an energy that flows through them - there are big things in front of them.
I was not at this concert… but I was in houston, I wasent aware, dose this make me a bad person ?

No, Halestorm as a band is better. Maybe if the bass player goes back to rhythm and singer does bass again. Fuller sound
