I think genetics has a lot to do with health. I know a guy that drinks a bottle (26 ozs) every single day. He's close to 60 and has a full head of hair and not one grey hair on his head. Plus he smokes a pack of cigarettes a day. I don't drink nor do I smoke. I'm 10 years younger than this guy and I am bald and what hair I have left is white. Booze is just not as harmful for some people.

I am 62 years old...retired...I drink 16 ounces of 100 proof vodka every night between 8PM and midnight...for the last 15 years....and I do not drink in the daytime...And I function just fine...I do not crave alcohol in the daytime...I have had a liver, spleen, and kidney tests...all were fine...you simply need to know your limits, your weight, your stamina, and your physical ability to drink...everyone has a different body...there is no grid that makes everyone the same...

You should be pushing as hard as you can and as fast as you can on the way up and slow on the way down. The increase of weight is what dictates how fast your up movment is. If it's too fast, then add more weight. It should look slow, but you're pushing as hard and fast as you can. If your technique is shit then lessen weight and work on it until you're comfortable adding more.
