Welcome to Bailey Brothers Racing! Here you'll find two old guys who are old schooling it in the world of racing, all in the pursuit of breaking the 9-second quarter mile barrier with our trusty 86 Fox Body Mustang.
We've been tinkering with this car for a few years, adding more power and parts to make it go faster and faster.

Last year we were running 9.8 consistently, but knew it could be faster. We tried someone else’s carburetor and lost a whole second. We spent the week trying to figure it out, and put the car back to what we had and boom, 10.0 first run. My former E/G, E/MP, '57 Ford has never lost to any Chevturd. 1970-2023 and it will compete again June 2024 at NE Dragway. De-stroked 427 FE Ford power. The car does 9's consistently. Same engine since 1970.

if you have double adjustable shocks stiffen the bump-compression up if you dont get them
We did exactly that, thank you. We also moved the bottom front 4 link one hole down. Now it shoots off the line with the fronts about 5-6” off the ground.
