Hamlet by William Shakespeare. Act IV Scene 5: Claudius makes the speech, "When sorrows come, they come not as single spies. But Battalions" If you need help with any of the problems that life throws at us. Come and talk to me. We can talk in private, I will never tell anyone else what we talk about. I will never record or use anything you ever say to me, not matter how bad it is. I won't judge...

Recover from Loneliness with this one simple tip.

This looks easy but it might take you a bit of time to get used to this. It's a big factor in Loneliness, worrying about how people see you. Don't do their thinking for them, don't worry about what they think. That is just corrosive and it will keep you Lonely for a long time, if you let it. Start now, you are unique, let the World know just how incredible you are.

    Habits are so easily formed because, whether we recognise and acknowledge it, or not, we LIKE routine. The whole world is governed by routine. Even our sun appears every morning and goes away every evening. Go out tonight and observe the stars. Exactly a year later, observe them again and they will be in precisely the same positions as the previous year. Eclipses repeat every 18 years. Children especially crave routine. Tea-time, playtime, bath-time, story-time, bed-time. As close to the same time, every day, as possible. Break that routine and it's almost inevitably a case of "tears before bedtime". To see how easy it is to form a habit, for three days in a row, when the alarm goes off, hit the snooze button and then see how difficult it is NOT to hit that snooze button, on day four. Then, for three days, get out of bed at the first alarm, without hitting the snooze button. Come day four, you'll not even think of pressing the snooze button. Bad habit - Good habit. Simple as that.

    • @LordHaHa1949
      @LordHaHa1949 Рік тому

      Often, when times are bad, it becomes difficult to decide what is a good habit and what is not. People will treat pain with alcohol, over eating, drugs, gambling and any number of negative habits that don't help them at all. The secret is to identify and adopt good habits or addictive behaviour. Not easy but awareness can help.

I'm surprised youtube is reccomending these very low view videos these days. Also, it was unclear what was the addicitve behaviour that's good, I guess the going outside, but I don't know if I'd describe it as addictive, good for you yes, but addictive, I don't know

    I made a heliopile, steam engine for my science class project when I was 13. I had to get a special permit and prove it was safe before displaying it in class, but it was by far the coolest thing that year. I used a simple reservoir in the middle, with a stem pipe on either end, and as the flame burner in the middle heated the water in the center reservoir, the steam pushed out of either pipe and caused rotation! It was so genius yet so simple. A fond memory of mine. Thanks for the video.

    • @LordHaHa1949
      @LordHaHa1949 Рік тому

      How cool is that. We made steam engines at our school, small brass cylinder and piston, we cast our flywheels out of aluminium in sand and made our boiler out of copper which we soldered by hand. But that isn't as clever as your heliopile. The evolution of ideas huh.

    I would say this, the change of the climate globally, is real. But the understanding of it has been intentionally perverted into a scare campaign by the media. Climate change is a regular natural occurrence dependent on many factors, that are far larger than the human species ability to interface with. These are stratospheric, solar, lunar, and tectonic motions that naturally occur and change the climate on a regular basis. Regular in this circumstance being on a timeline of tens of thousands, to hundreds of thousands of years. Think of the occurrence of ice ages and the like over time, before modern technology and pollutants in the ecosystem. This is natural, and not manmade. Not only that, the forces of nature that cause these temperature and climate changes on our planet are far beyond our ability to manipulate, and doing so would definitely damage this planet regardless. People need to be properly educated on the workings of the Earth, instead of being manipulated for material gains.
