Hello! Foreign buyers have the same rights as Costa Rjcan Nationals when it comes to buying land here. There are several ways to apply and obtain Costa Rican residency. Without residency, you are considered a tourist, and would be required to leave Costa Rica every 180 days, and then you can return. But that doesn’t affect ownership. You can still live and own here. Replacement would be a bit more, and yes, The land is in a very good location, and offers more usable area than any mountainside parcel.
