Every time a see a girl get a surprise pet, I am further convinced that no woman should ever be in control of the nuclear codes. 75% of the time the scare the hell out of the pet with their screaming.
What a ridiculous thing to say! Aside from the fact that people say this, but you never see these puppies freaking out, just people commenting. The other just shows your lack of respect and decency
