A dance vlog of our experience teaching at and attending the Viva La Bachata Festival back in November 2021. An incredibly organized event packed with quality artists, top social dancers all over the U.S., and crazy parties. Highly recommend!
Mainly made this video for my non-dance friends and family. I get a lot of questions and curiosity about what it means when I say I teach bachata at latin festivals/congresses and we dance/party till 5am the whole weekend. Here's some insight as to what that looks like :)

I watched this again. You two had some heavy packs and did some hard off-trail hiking it looks like. I like how much fun you showed. Wish this video was just a bit better camera resolution but really enjoyed it as it is. Two spunky ladies. Nice to see females loving the outdoors.

Amazing routing but, it's a little complicade to me 🤭
How narrow are the ledges on the unmaintained parts? I’m gonna be doing this hike soon and I’ve never done anything like it so I’m a little scared- I’m scared of tripping and falling if it’s too narrow, so you have any tips so I can conquer this fear?
They're narrow in the sense that one person should only be crossing at a time. It's only a short section where the ledges are steep and narrow if that eases your fear a little. When you get to the section, assess your fear threshold if it's something you can manage and do. Breath, move slow, get low and grounded for more balance and stability, and be confident and intentional where you place your feet. You will be fine :)

Thanks, I enjoyed it! Ambitious to start with this choreo as the first heels piece. I think this is a hard piece to perform, because there is nowhere to hide.
