@@CorndogCaravan I did find your video thank you for replying. I have been in a tiny house for almost 5 years. I have been using the air head toilet and love it. My issue now is I can’t clean it anymore. The urine and vinegar has etched the plastic and it looks like hell. I could replace the jug but that wouldn’t be enough. I do not want to spend 1,000 dollars for another one. So I started searching for a porcelain composting toilet. I knew that would be easy to maintain. That was when I found your video. Thanks for posting and sharing your story. 👍

I don't need any extra tools and since I already have the drain cock I'll continue to use it. I've gotten pretty good at doing this. Gives me a chance to inspect for gasket leaks and suspension/cv joints.

Glad it helped and thanks for subscribing. I'm still on our original front springs/struts and so far it seems fine but the rears were such an easy diy that I may have done it a bit early. I've seen some owners have worn out rear shocks as low as 30k miles so you never really know until you remove them. I replaced the coolant reservoir in June 2024 since it began to leak a small amount around 40k miles. Since then, no more coolant smell.

​@@CorndogCaravan Thanks for taking the time to give additional inputs. I changed my front struts at 50k miles, but not sure if the shop screw me over, they seemed nervous about something at pick up time, it's sort of unusual struts to go out that early. My rear shocks are original at 90k now, definitely overdue for replacement. One thing I'd recommend is installing rear Sumo Springs and replacing the stock. This has made a significant difference in ride quality and helped significantly my poor reer shocks. Thanks again for your time.

Yeah my camera mount was off. Tough to do some DIY work and record. It's really a simple project. Finding the right part number is the hard part. RAM doesn't make it easy.

It's a blast and is so small. Honda made a Motocompo in the early 80's and was a fold up gas version. Hard to find them here in the US.

Thanks for the feedback but my inverter ran fine on 2 separate occasions and didn't experience any issues until the system being charged reached 100% soc. I've adjusted the amount of power allowed to flow but get the same result. It's almost like the inverter stops pushing power and then is getting backwards power.

@@CorndogCaravan get a smart shunt, just because the the battery volt meter reads full does not mean capacity is full, it will also tell you exact condition and what going on, might make it easier to diagnose problems.

@Ricardo_Wade The shunt is on the 24v side between the Lithium batteries and the AIO MPP LV2424. The LiTime is supplying power to the shore power input of the LV2424 that's fused via SquareD 15A Residential CB.

@CorndogCaravan we are good, camping a lot around GA, SC, NC. My father is slowly getting worse, so I have been giving my brother a hand taking care of him. Spending time tinkering with the van. I hope you are both doing well.

I know it's inefficient but it worked perfectly all the way up to 100% soc. I'm trying to determine why. This was really an experiment to test if it would work and it did. This method was so much cheaper than using a 12v to 24v dc/dc charger.

Alot of inverters are only 80% efficiency

Solar can be from about $1200 for 200watts or $2800 for 400watt. Running boards around $1200 give or take depending on style. Passenger swivel $650 installed.
