I knew a woman like the NEIGHBOR IN THE WINDOW and one must stand up to her.These kind of people act very threatening. For the most part they themselves live a fearful and miserable life. There tactic is being LOUD MOUTHED and AGRESSIVE. Eventually they BELIEVE THEIR OWN LIES. And they are fueled BY HATRED.
