Old injury giving me a bit of grief, put me out of action for a little while, hopefully, it will sort itself soon. But despite being stuck hobbling and sat down most of the time, I'm not going to lose faith, I'm still going to work at my arms and use my ab trimmer too and stick to the diet, so hopefully, that will keep me on top of it.

I've been away ages I know, but I'm back now and ready to rumble. Tuesdays weigh in brought us to 232.2lb that's a loss of 1.8lb since the Tuesday before. So tuesdays are weigh in days! Woohoo! Don't forget to subscribe and comment before you leave. Love you all. Xxx

Ok so I know I've been away a while but I'am back and ready to rumble! On the 1st January 2012 I weighed 248lbs, when I began my UA-cam channel I weighed 238lbs, now I am at 231lbs, it's melting away slowly, but very much surely!!!     Bad luck love! Just make sure you don't get into the snacks while your stuck on the couch! Try an over the counter anti-inflammatory, they work wonders for my feet!

    other factors include: shape, measurements of bust/chest/stomach/hips/butt also muscle is denser than fat, so for the same "volume" or shape or measurement, so if a measurement hasn't changed but you are heavier, than I would suggest muscle gain. The body makes muscle from fat and uses food to power the muscle so if you have lots of excess fat, it has plenty of raw materials to make muscle faster than someone who is leaner. This is why I weigh once a week as well, more time to balance it out.

    Biggest problem with using scales to gauge fitness, is that at our weight there are so many factors to go on, make sure you weigh yourself at the same time of day in the same conditions on the same scales. I always weigh myself in the morning when I first get up, after I pee (there's half a pound lol), before I eat/drink anything and always wear the same clothes. I gain about 4lb over the course of the day drinking water and eating, vs my weight in the morning. (ran out of characters)

    Make sure you try and get 8 hours sleep, and don't lose hope, get some punching gloves and punch your husband whenever you feel like comfort eating :D You could even warn him before you do it! fingers crossed you get back on the horse!

    I know i have always done it by righting everything in a notebook but i found a web site from another youtube user called myfitnesspal and you can log your exercise and food and it will tell you how much everything has from Cal, to Fat to Sugar and everything. just an idea if you found that writing everything out is not working. You can do it!
