Now that I have memorized the sequence of lyrics and notes of the tenor part by practicing mysel, I want to try out in any quartets available before performing in a choir.

In this standard (original) key which is Do=D, did the tenor guy sing those high notes using natural voice or falsetto, esp the highest note of the tenor part ? I myself cannot hit that. If the key is lowered to Do=C, I think I can hit the highest note without using falsetto. Btw, I think I am a baritone guy who enter into tenor because our choir lack in tenor guys.

A very good idea for learning purposes. Unfortunately, the alto voice, which was important for me, is not good to hear out. The soprano voice is all the better for it. 😄In any case, it is a pleasure to hear the Hallelujah as a quartet. One hears more details than in choral singing, and the four voices together are as good as a whole choir. 👍💐🎵🎶

Practicing tenor and i cant reach the highest part, so i think i must hear this on and on

Don't worry, I'm also a tenor and I'm not there, my maximum is the sun but I can't maintain it for long unless I do falsetto, Hendel's hallelujah is very demanding on tenors.
Me too, if the key is like this which is the same as the original : Do=D. If the key is lowered to Do=C, I think it will be alright for me, without using falsetto.
