Hello, unfortunately the straps are non adjustable. I’m on the petite side as well <160cm, I mostly wear it double strapped as a should bag now But I can also wear it crossbody in winter when I wear thick coats

I do shop from other brands as well eg LV Chanel, haven’t tried Delvaux yet, but I do like their designs

yea..it costed a lot to get a bag from the store these days. I started discussing with my SA back in December

wow simple and clear! appreciate this vid. did you ever change SA's? i have been shopping in my local branch for quite a while now, about a year, but i do not go there every month. do you think it is time to change SA's if the SA does not remember your name due to the reason that you do not come monthly, or should i just come monthly? LOL so tricky!
Thank you ☺️! My current SA is also the first Hermes SA I met (I’m lucky enough, she’s very nice). Shopping more frequently does help to build a better relationship with the SA, and your client profile too ;) However I’ve heard stories of people end up not getting a B/K after spending a lot. I’d say if you get along with your SA well, and he/she is helpful enough, do not change as Hermes does take into account customer’s loyalty to the store/ SA.
