I've been out of the mountain biking world for years now and I have made it a goal to get back into it this year. I used to ride hard and often! Myy bike is a relic now (Kona Muni-Mula) but still only 24 pounds in weight. I am going to get it tuned up and gotta hit the trails this summer. Especially since I took the hockey season off this year. Still lift heavy at the gym but hockey was my cardio multiple nights a week and mountain biking will whip your ass in shape! This trail looks bomb! I'm looking at the Adventure Maps blow up of Galena Lodge and summit trial system on their newest Sun Valley map, is this on there? Also, what other trails do you recommend? I like ups and downs so not just downhill. I've seen videos of the Brundage trails which look crazy. Have you hit the Wilson Creek trails in the Owyhee Mountains because I don't live far from them.
