Total con! They take weeks to fill up slowly. You can remove same amount of water using a sponge on the condensation on the windows and mirrors. 1 sponge = 1 weeks worth of this useless product.

I just want you to know how much of a life saver you are. I bought this product because I too don’t have enough fiber in my diet. I tried it one time since I bought it four months ago and never tried it again and it was too thick like porridge even though I used like 20 oz of water but today I was determined to try it again so I looked on UA-cam to see if anyone had any tips and I found your video so I decided to use my immersion blender and it worked . @@-What-are-your-thoughts really great. I’ve taken it daily for 5 months straight and it helps me go to the bathroom twice a day. Deff recommend and it helps you meet your fiber intake which most Americans are severely lacking in .
Finally a fiber complex the way it should be! For a supplement to help repair the gut from processed foods, it's ironic so many fiber supplements still have all these artificial sweeteners or come in gummy form, etc.
