Doing the Massacre 100 just two weeks or so earlier made doing this race a much bigger challenge,I would recommend if trying to do both to walk only for the Massacre (I think the time limit/cutoff is generous enough so that it can be done if walking fast

So still after all these years after the relocation to the "Fairground" marking of turns in Woodstock and/or missing sentries still a problem?

Double layer socks or thin sock under a slightly thicker sock (must experiment in training to get it right) bit of grease or vasoline? I guess they no longer have any Army docs at any aid stations who know how to "doctor" a blister? The event used to attract attention from 82nd Airborne,both participation and volunteers.

Hey Patrick, I just signed up for the 2023 Greenbrier 100 Mile Endurance Run and found your video! I was there last year too. I ran the 50K and loved the course so much I want to maximize my experience this year 🤣. So, did you ever put together a shorter, edited version of your experience from 2022?
