With the recent wave of Dash 9 retirements, 9755 is just one of 174 left in active service with NS at the time of writing this. I was fortunate enough to see 9755 in Danville on probably one of its last runs. So enjoy the sound of NS 9755 as it idles and then departs Danville Kentucky.

While out we manage to catch three other trains (The first not being filmed) and even had the cops called on us right before Dylans train came through!

With the arrival of my camcorder I couldn't wait to test it out. So far its doing great and proving to be a great purchase! What the heck is going on?
Ok lets get some facts straight . One of those DUI offenses was 30 years ago and another arrest was almost 20 years ago . The problem with the Ccet employee started with the guy bad mouthing Brian over the train's radios and the fact the guy named Danny tried to take a camera right out of Brian's hands . Misuse of the railroad's radios and a attempted strong arm robbery are proper grounds for the guy to lose his job and finally the business about the scanner and the police in Kentucky , Brian is a licensed Amateur radio operator so he was within his rights to have a scanner with him down there plus the restriction is only on mobile use of a scanner .

I have always been interested in the TTI,it's a old L&N line? See it around Winchester KY. Iam 5 hrs from there want to play a couple day outing, want to eat at Jerry's and skyline chili.

Had no idea who this guy was before yesterday, yeah thats a major yikes. Also, just some notes about the video, I'd personally add context or commentary to a few of the screenshots, as at a few points I got a bit lost and wasn't sure what the information I was looking at was, and there were a few points where there was long-ish amounts of time with nothing but train footage (one was 24 seconds between screenshots, another was 10). Otherwise, interesting video to showcase all of this. Guy sounds like a real tool.

Honestly some of this stuff is just pointing at bad events that happened and saying he was involved. The things that are actually concrete are the stalking and saying I know where you live online. Which aren't good things at all but I dont think hes a creep or anything. Also a lot of this stuff happened 4+ years ago while today hes still videoing the same railroad with the same trains and the railroad doesnt care. Don't you think that if he actually punched a CCET employee they would've made their rules stricter instead of waving to him every time he films. Idk seems like hes not the nicest person but not everyone is.
He did punch a Conductor because I know the person and I've read the police report, so there's that.
Eventually, if so much stuff happens and this guy is connected to it, it's not a coincidence or a rumor anymore. P.S. I guess we're going to ignore his arrest record and the police reports which are, in fact, concrete evidence.

The cardinal at KRM still has a split axel or something?
I think that’s been fixed for a while now, but the frogs that KRM has and the bolts that are on the outside of the wheels don’t bode well so they can’t really run it

One point of correction, the derailment in 1985 that put the F&C out of business did not occur on the Buffalo Trace Trestle, rather, it was on the deck girder bridge over the Elkhorn Creek located behind the Old Granddad Distillery. I took pictures of the bridge right after the derailment had occurred on the bridge and damaged it. The repair costs were so great that the F&C abandoned the rest of its track between the Forks of the Elkhorn to Frankfort.
Thank you for the correction! I definitely want to refine this project more at a later date and add more details. The interviews themselves were great but I had to cut a bunch from due to time constraints which sucks

What memories !! My grandfather was Harry Cook. Like said in the interview he lived across the street from the Georgetown Depot and next door to Mr. Scroggin. This is a good video, but please, please don't put music in the background when doing them. It really takes away from the interview and for us old one's, the background noise (music) is a big distraction.
