I thought there was something wrong with my engine until I listened to this one. I adjusted the valves over and over 5 times. Still rattles like hell. Must be okay.
When the bitch blows up I'll fix it... till then I nail it..🤣😂
The early 427 FE motor all had solid lifters, so they all had some valve clearance noise, not sure if they came later with Hydraulic Lifters.

@@joelanovara5808I had to listen to the engine again. These engines really rattle. You can hear my engine running on utube at : 427 FE with a new set of valve springs. I took the engine apart for the second time because I was worried about the noise. But everything is fine.

There is only two times the the word stingray was never on the Corvette in 1968 and in all Corvettes from 1977 though 1982 they never had the word stingray on them only in 1969 did the word stingray come back on the car and it was one word only and it was stingray
