@konstantyne340 Oh wow. That's amazing. I didn't know roasted plantain and yam was a thing in Jamaica. What do you eat yours with? In Lagos they use groudnut to eat roasted yam, while in Port Harcourt, Nigeria we use palm oil sauce. What do you guys eat yours with? I'm really curious😁
