Truth is always found in the details. Ask any top detective, that 99% of the time when they are interrogating a lying criminal about their alibi, when they are vague chances are they are lying. It is clear what has changed from pre-flood to post flood, why H’ promises to never destroy mankind again. Humankind scientifically known as Homo had many species. Adam and Hava represented H’ perfecting of Homo or humankind, the species of Sapien. That is what they represent and that is what Noah represents. Once the flood wiped out the other species H’ felt a kind of remorse in thinking H’ had almost even wiped out the Sapien which he loved and perfected.

The pre-flood world was not only populated by Seth. Many people and families are listed in the preflood world, not only Seth. Also Cayin, Avel, Seth, Adam, and Hava (Eve) were not the only people, thus Cayin tells H’ that if he is made to wander the world then he will be killed by other People. They were not the only people according to the Torah.

The top down, bottom up analogy again doesn’t work. The waters above is outer space, the firmament is the earths atmospheric weight (which has nothing to do with the ozone layer but it’s around that distance). So this sense H’ created gravity for Earth on day 2. There is always a coinciding spiritual creation to everything physical and vise versa. Anyway there is no comparison, at all except for there being water involved.

Now pretend you are the smartest robotics engineer that ever existed and there is nothing beyond your ability to create. But lets say for this example the island is filled with unlimited robot parts and computer chips. You can create artificial intelligence or whatever type of ability you want for the robot. At first you might create robot who do certain tasks on the island, robots who obey your every command. And finally robots who praise you, worship you and also listen to you. The last robots are like Angles in a way. After awhile you realize it’s not as satisfying to be praised by Angles/robots that have no choice but to praise you. Think of it like a mother who always tells her child they are the best at everything they do, when it is far from the truth.

Anyone who is writing that the souls or the world had good and bad mixed as a result of the sin is adding. The Torah calls is Knowledge of good and bad. When it could have been written acts of good and bad or something of the like. Which means nothing was changed except for how humans know or understand it. Now it is true that all of our actions and all of our knowledge or all of our thoughts change the entire world. Just as evil people kill, destroy and trash what is around them and that changes the physical world. Everything affects the spiritual world like that. So just having sinned by not listening to H’ changed the world completely. But that is different then what they are saying…

Rabbi you stretching the words to mean what they do not. If the act or decision or as you call it the desire to eat from the forbidden fruit was what unlocked the so-called emotional connection to knowledge then there was no need for a forbidden fruit in the first place. Since evil already existed everywhere they could have done anything evil to unlock it. And no where does it say the tree was evil. Also H’ is very emotional hence the flood. If H’ did not think the flood was wrong he wouldn’t promise not to bring it again. H’ let his emotions get the better of him. And he chose to include that part about him in the Torah. The problem with most Torah scholars is that they usually like to take the emotion out of the torah, so they will do things like Gematria. You couldn’t get less emotional math. The Torah is infused with tons of emotional and H’ commands us to have emotions. So your thoughts here are way off base, sorry.

The example of the caring doctor vs the objective doctor and the conclusion that the objective doctor with find a diagnosis is what is wrong with almost all of society, but especially the Medical Profession as a whole. A person who has a rare illness will understand what I mean. On average it takes a person with a rare illness years, if not most of their life to get a proper diagnosis. Watch the TV show Mysterious diagnosis and you will see this a fact not an opinion. In some those case a caring doctor or family member will figure out what the illness is. Because they cared, their emotions pushed them to dig deeper and research harder and longer. Emotions are not preventing them from coming up with a diagnosis, that is 100% inaccurate.
