ICE BATH IN KINGSTON JAMAICA
Переглядів 3478 місяців тому
An Ice Bath is a great way to reduce muscle soreness and overall helps with recovery from working out. But while living in Jamaica (The Topics) buying enough Ice and turning the pipe on to NWC's delight may not be the best choice. The Boyz and I found an alternative.

My partner, an Indonesian, was called "Chino" when we were both working in Cuba. And regardless of what country we were working in at the moment everyone said "are you Chinese?" which makes sense since the global population of ethnic Chinese is so huge.

Not only Asians....I began to believe that I must have some Chinese in my DNA, as I too was called "Ms. Chiin"., I do bear a resemb;ance. To my amusement, the closest my ancestry came to China, was from my Indian great grandmother.
