Is that a stock turbo just new? Or is it bigger then stock?

Was it throwing any codes? I have the same problem with a 07 Legacy. Replaced PCV valve, 2MAFs, MAF pigtail...still throwing p301, p0303, p0304 misfires repeatedly and CEL. STILL CANT FIND THE VACUUM LEAK.

I just replaced the cat with a big vibrant resonator. Sounds quieter than stock and frees up flow

I just did exactly what you did. My problem was the rubber hose on the fuel pump got a slice in it so it was leaking fuel back into the tank.I wonder how long it was running like that. My car just randomly shut off while in a parking lot. I managed to get home with starting fluid 👁️👄👁️

I’m thinking of cutting them off to beat out inside then buy flex pipes and the O2 sensor things so brain thinks they are still there but I keep hearing mixed results. What’s your thoughts and suggestions on past experiences on this subject?

Greetings friend, I have a Buick 3.8L V6 LD5 VIN A engine and I am seriously thinking about that camshaft or the MTB1 melling. My question would be the following, should I change the configuration of the original valve train and install an adjustable one or can I use the original to install one of these camshafts that I mentioned? I appreciate your comment and experience.

This is just plain ignorant and lazy and is significant damage to the structure of your car . Not to mention opening a direct vent for exhaust fumes , chemical contamination from leaks and other road grime, outside elements of weather such as temperature extremes and moisture, road noise and a massive area for rust to get a super easy jump start eating the structural integrity of the vehicle. Now I will say that there is a proper way to make an access panel so that the things you cut out have a over lapping flange area so they can be attached secure and be sealed properly......this video is how not to do it . WHEN YOU CUT HOLES IN THE STRUCTURE OF YOUR CAR THE WRONG WAY THE ONLY REAL THING YOU ACCOMPLISH IS TURNING YOU CAR INTO JUNK PLAIN AND SIMPLE!

I found oil in my intake manifold. You can take the throttle body off and get all the view in there. Or just look thru the throttle body. At 108k i had enough in the manifold it was fouling plugs and misfire on cylinder 4. I'm currently cleaning the intake valves of carbon build up and burnt oil.

Some would say disconnect the oil line from the block easier to access then pull turbo off lol. It's okay we have all been there. I know I'm a few years to late
