      Hi, the longevity depends on maintenance and hair quality. Try not to brush until after a couple of wears, use a good serum, and avoid applying any water-based product.

    Hello beauties, long time no tutorial video 😁. This is a very impromptu video and I decided to post here to see how it’s going to do, if it does well I will make a full and proper tutorial about it. But the voice over explains it all, the steam from the hot water is the magic, not hot water itself. You can as well use a steamer if you have one. Drop any questions if you have one, I will be more than glad to answer all 😊. Ok love you byyyeee 🥰

    • @yangaboss
      @yangaboss 7 місяців тому

      Hi Nkem, thanks so much for the beautiful comment. I don’t think I understand the context of your question but to the best of my knowledge, I think the horn is what sets apart an Edo bride. Other tribes uses coral beads but when you see a bride with the horn, you definitely know it’s an Edo bride. I hope this answers your question.

    • @nkemaigbogun7602
      @nkemaigbogun7602 7 місяців тому

      @yangaboss thanks for the explanation. You just gave more insight into my question about the horn. I am married to an edo man. I actually thought it was like a ready-made headpiece. I didn't know it was designed and put together the way you did. But, that braided piece gave it elegance. I prefer that. Thank you for your insight.

    Please does the water need to br very hot for blend wig?

    • @yangaboss
      @yangaboss 7 місяців тому

      No pls. Human hair blend means there’s synthetic hair in it, synthetic hair does not need overly hot water. “Slightly” hot water would do.

    Over the years, as a trained stylist one thing I look forward to the most during chemical treatment appointments with my client is TEACHING WHILE LEARNING. I ask you about your hair journey, pick out things you are probably doing wrong, explain how you can do it better, and at the same time, learned a thing or 2 from your hair because every individual is different. I have also come to learn that the foundation of relaxed hair breakage problems comes from the relaxer treatment process itself. Most stylists don't do touch up as touch-ups (I will dedicate a special video for this), this is the one major reason why your hair isn't growing. Processing an already processed hair by reapplying relaxers to an already relaxed section of the hair. Reasons why your relaxed hair is breaking; 1. Processing an already processed hair 2. Not getting constant hair nourishing treatment. I.e constant deep conditioning treatment, protein treatment, using a leave in conditioner and using a hair nourishing oil. 3. Not having a hair routine you are consistent with 4. Over manipulating your hair (changing hairstyles every other week). Give your hair time to grow out by carrying a protective hairstyle for at least a month. These are some of the reason why your relaxed hair isn't growing. We are your surest plug for a healthy relaxed hair. Book an appointment now to get started on your healthy hair journey. #hairsaloninyaba #relaxerservicesinlagos #haircaresaloninlagos #haircaresaloninyaba #saloninfolagoro #healthyrelaxedhair

    I was always told not to comb through a relaxer . And I thought her hair results would have been nice and bouncy and light

    • @yangaboss
      @yangaboss Рік тому

      Yes, that's what we were taught in cosmetology school but in the part of the world where I am, clients want their hair really straight to an extent, and applying relaxers without combing through a little won't give that. That is why I made reconstructing treatment a MUST for any client who wants to get a relaxer treatment + the client in the video was transitioning from Natural to Relaxed hair. By bouncy, do you mean using heat or??? I don't subscribe to heat styling immediately after a relaxer treatment. + client wanted her hair in a bun after the service.
