Cere was still a Jedi master bruh. There’s not some unlimited skill ceiling in the universe, you can only be so good, and even then, there’s counters to everything. They were fighting in her advantage too because she knew the place better than he did. Yes he was stronger and had better control over the force, but he’s never been nearly as nimble or fast. So yes it’s entirely plausible that Vader would make one mistake while messing around lol?
