Garrett I’ve ate there once in 44 years on coming to the Smoky’s and over 10 years having our place there . I’m not trying to hurt their business but I’m always 100% honest and just by saying that you can tell it didn’t leave me speechless and I prefer to eat those places that do that . So I agree it’s not my favorite or in my top 10 i need to go back and try it once more just to see if I feel the same way. I think I had it built up to this grand event and was let down . I've always thought so too. I've been there twice over the years and it wasn't bad it just doesn't stand up to the hype. I have my favorite, but this isn't it.

Hi there ! Thanks for watching our video. We don’t own the cabin we just film and since we don’t stay I always recommend to read the reviews on the cabin rental website of American Patriot Getaways. This comment is Gold it will help anyone that rents to know what to expect by watching the video and then looking as this great detailed comment. I also appreciate how long it took you to write such a great and informative comment . We actual own one cabin that American Patriot Getaways rents for us . If you rent again and experience any problem what so ever call the office at no cost to you will you be charged for getting anything fixed you need . I think the contract you sign says within 24-48 hours the problem will be corrected or addressed. Unless the contracts have changed . So they could of fixed your broken chair they would of cleaned under the bed and they could of sent someone to take care of the ants and any other problem . Oh and mop the floor . When you pay $6,500 your place needs to be spotless and everything in well working order. So I will definitely pass this entire comment to Summer at American Patriot Getaways . That way these issues will be addressed promptly. I think the bathroom nunber being incorrect their old system just had a place to put 1/2 bath like not multiples if more than one 1/2 bath but, the new system does and I don’t know why if I carried over the error I apologize we use to film 15 cabins and I would have to refer to Patriot’s info to remember at the editing point of cabin size and Bathrooms so I do apologize. Hopefully this new system maybe we will have it all accurate . If I’m not mistaken they have what is called runners so you can call the number for the guest desk and they could of picked up your trash . Or they should be able too just in case you stay again and that happens . You definitely shouldn’t have to take your trash somewhere I agree with you entirely . I’m like you also I tend to leave a place cleaner then I find it . At our cabin we spring clean every year all the beds are taken up and scrubbed and floors cleaned under the beds and walls are scrubbed , windows clean, porch and the side of the cabin is power washed etc . So I’m a lady after your own heart liking things clean not only on the surface but a good deep clean ! Thank you again for this wonderful comment . I’m going to pay it forward so that the next guest should have everything perfect that I’m sorry again you didn’t have . I hope you do stay again with American Patriot Getaways and if you experience any problem in the most minor of detail please call the guest support desk. If you don’t mind me asking what State did you visit us from? ( just the state not the exact location or anything ) I love hearing where people are from . It’s a good option for Pet Owners it’s hard to find Pet Friendly cabins and this has a flat yard and very easy to get too . If you nature I highly recommend Roaring Fork Motor Trail in Gatlinburg is a drive back in time almost with an old Grist mill , old cabins , and other structures beautiful rushing creek ( after a good rain it Roars hence the name ) . Also it’s a great place to see Bears and Wildlife … if you are a Tiktok user I have a video on it our user name there is The Smoky Mountain Lady .
