I'm old and grew up in an international environment in New York. I had two grandparents from Hamburg, Deutschland and two from Palermo, Sicily. Your English is excellent. It is so frustrating that I can't exactly figure out where you were born. I'm usually a master at it. You could be German born or Belgium born but you really have me perplexed. Your intensity is so Germanic. But I would not dare to guess where you are from. Sogar meine Mutter wurde in Altona, Hamburg, geboren, wurde aber 1927 im Alter von 6 Jahren nach New York gebracht. Sie sprach nur Englisch mit mir, aber ihre Eltern, die sehr norddeutsch waren, halfen mir, mich hier großzuziehen.

You are sooooo right about the social media stuff. Too easy to get caught up in videos and waste a big bunch of time. For me, when i leave myself to my own thoughts, that ends up not being the best either, BUT when i make an effort to spend time with God, THATS when i get all that peace and tranquility you are talking about. And yes, getting some time to yourself is much needed. I used to go for walks in the woods when iwas younger and boy did that sure make a BIG difference. Connecting with nature has blessings all its own. Love the talk bro. Thank you for taking time to make these. :)
