How long have you been using this one? My Rachel satchel isn’t that old but the top section, where the zip is, has sagged and isn’t holding its shape. Wondering if the carlie does this after time also? The bag shoes I’ve tried don’t go up high enough to resolve this issue.

These things are dogshit, the best you will do is 2 seasons before they break, plastic on moving parts or parts under a load DO NOT HOLD UP WELL, and the whole unit is made of plastic, sadly I speak from experience.
