I’m doing the same sort of setup, but to me it makes more sense to purchase two smaller cabinets and place them on either side instead of the middle. I mean you’ll have to back up to grab a tool and walk forward to work on the bench. One on either side will take all of that out of the equation.

Just an FYI that piece in the fender can be shaved with a grinder instead of cut and you can get an extra 2” or so of clearance. Enough to run this set up on stock suspension for anyone wondering.

Hey man thanks for making this. Here’s a question for you. Could you drill three holes in the plastic cover to line up with the bolts behind it so you can put a 8mil extension ratchet through them? Then put some rubber plugs in the holes you make? I have to remove them to wrap my truck so would like to do it so it’s easy to access next time.
