That is a very nicely done video. Thanks for putting that together.
Makes my 12 ton look like a baby 👶 haha
Wow that is nice ! See you at Blade Show!!
Very nice. I like the cross braces
I like this.
thank you for sharing the process of developing the hammer, it was really interesting and informative.
They didn’t happen to mention that the process of developing the hammer was simply to read a book I wrote in 2000
Awesome chat. I love to hear others' orgin stories !
Indian rupees this machine price
Nice, informative and to the point.
Awesome 😮
Love hearing the journey
Very interesting, perfect for small quick stuff, cheaper to run.
Get a logo forged into every tool you make!
65 years in the trades and never heard of you guys. Get some marketing going! Beautiful plant and products. Keep the prices low by selling MORE. Sell heads alone for the new axe/hammer handle collectors hobby.
I'm 45 and have never heard of them until just now, that's unfortunate. We need 1 massive website with every single American Made manufacturer on it for anything and everything you could ever need. Seriously 1 website so well known it becomes "The Google" of American Made products.
Do you guys ever do any hiring, welders, fabricators, craftsmen?
We have an old, originally cast train wheels, foundry here in sayre pa. The Lehigh railroad shops were here. Nice buildings but not sure what it's doing now.its name is was ajax foundry
Sorry but tattoo guy is talking, and giggling way too much.
I purchased a Warwood ball peen a few months ago. They were running a promotion where you got a waxed canvas apron with the hammer. I’m very proud of both pieces, awesome hand made American products!
I just put a handle in a old Warwood 5/8" punch on my channel. The handle was to be used for a Herbrand 32oz ballpeen. I customized a stubby handle for the Herbrand that turned out nice.
Great video. Love USA made stuff.
1854 back when men were men using these tools everyday if you were a hard worker no one was fat and lazy like today
I'm so glad i discovered your channel! Love from Morocco
This is awesome!! Could you tell me where you guys get your cables?
There is a reason why nobody was in the sharpening station, knives are about as sharp as a metal pipe
what a great looking shop! such a great and historic vibe!!
Very cool - looking forward to the line-up
Top notch as always!! Good morning From California!!!!!!
Good video and background music, but turning down the background music just a tiny bit would be better (in my personal opinion).
Thanks for the feedback!
Needs to be solar powered 😮
A larger unit that still runs on single phase power looks like a real game changer. Time to start setting some funds aside and figure out how o run the new circuit.
I used one last month in Ohio and it was great! 🔪❤️
Thanks guys. We are seriously considering it. Any more info on the melting capabilities?
We've had great luck melting down about 1lb of steel for wootz pucks! We haven't experimented with any other alloys or non-ferrous metals yet- but more testing is underway! Would love to hear about what kind of work you need this thing to accomplish for you. We'll do some testing and see what we can find out :)
The quality of these modern hair transplants is incredible! It looks so natural! Good podcast!
Said he had that done here in Anderson too of all places
Great video Nathan
Thanks Greg. Miss u
Cost?
The 15 kW is 2950 and the 25kW is 4495
The big issue is how much is the cost over a US solid that will do the job
This may seem like a hurdle, however the US solid will only grant you a heating unit and it's more than likely not a single phase 25kW unit. What you're getting for our higher pricing is an incredible heating unit that is still single phase power paired with an industrial chiller that refrigerates and cycles your water, giving you a 100% duty cycle on your machine. You're also getting a warranty and American customer support!
I had a chance to play with one for a little bit during a class, pretty impressive! The remote cord being on the front right next to where the hot work is done makes me a little nervous
That cord can be a little pesky at times, but it's just another thing you've got to be cautious about when forging :) glad you liked the unit when you got to try it!
Thank you for all the information. Still debating on buying the 25 kw I might even try to schedule a demo if possible there.
It sure is! Send an email over to info@coaliron.com to schedule a demo in our school. Depending on your location, it might be easier to find us at a show near you!
Josh!!! Aka Mr Fabricator awesome stuff! Francis you’re like an onion and these episodes you peel another layer away!!!! 😂😂😂😂
Love hearing people's stories in the business .
Promo-SM
I should call them
That's badass!
I love my 16 ton. Always want to go bigger haha, but for the price, I am very happy with it. I can move big steel in a 1/20th the time it took me to do it by hand! I will need to get some other dies here soon to broaden my abilities a little though.
that one friend she tells you not to worry about
😂
thats pretty cool
Bought one and it's worth every penny.
Nice! So what’s the story on those set screws? I’ve had my 16T Press for a while and that seems different than my setup
It likely is different than what you have on your set up! We’ve just recently started implementing these conical tip set screws for all of our die holding because of its hyper rigidity and better performance. It helps the dies self align in the press and eliminates any issues with slipping or even shearing that we’ve seen with our previous iteration. While the old set screws still work fine, this is just a step forward in our die holding development 😊
@@CoalIronWorks will they be available as an upgrade or not compatible? Thanks!
@@barrett5229yes! Just take out your current and replace with a fresh set! We don’t yet have them on the site but email info@coaliron.com and Francis will get you hooked up
@@CoalIronWorksthanks! I have some on the way. Just to be clear these will work with older die sets? Or was the die redesigned as well
Yall that’s pretty rad!!!!!
Love the content yall put out! Always educational
