It's all very loveless and run down. A lot of work has to go into it. It has potential, but I don't think I want to invest that much money and time in a house that lacks any character. No style, inside out. somewhere. Looks like abandoned.

Not a very inviting house, and the price is outrageous, take 700,000 of and you get into the right direction, ridiculous XMas music with it
I think that the whole house is depressing.
It doesn't exactly exude happiness. Not sure if it is all the dark wood or not enough outside light or what the issue is really. Ok place for half or less perhaps. Must be costly b/c it is an Air BnB and can be used as a wedding venue? I think drab is the word.

Hay poco espacio para guardar ropa
Los splits de aire acondicionado se pueden poner, y lo que tu llamas sistema sojar que tecretieres a placas solares, estas dos cosas son lo de menos pues son faciles de instalar.
No compraria una casa con pasillo es deprimente.
No es barato ahora depende del bolsillo de cada uno.

It seems they put a very low priority on kitchens
1st villa: Pathetic sized kitchen, dark, no ventilation, no workspace... bathroom is so far away from the 2bedrooms 😢 interior space "sacrificed" for exterior spaces
Absolutely beautiful property Everything is wonderful except I don't understand how they eat haha That first home was absolutely no kitchen but a big refrigerator and the second home. The kitchen countertops were bigger but no fridge or oven. It seemed like the kitchen in the shed was better 😅 But really I do love the property🥰 All someone would have to do is remodel the kitchens to make them suitable for cooking!!. Obviously these people went out to eat all the time. This would be great for summer & winter 😊
