Mohsin I am a very old NCA graduate (passed out in 1988). Saw your vlog out of nostalgia. I have heard a lot about NCA standard gone quite low which is quite saddening. In this video of yours I was upset to see the fountain lawn in front of fine arts department. It used to lush green with beautiful hedges around. But now it was in a very poor condition. It is just a symbol of the deterioration. I pray jaffery sahib observes this an organizes some effort to revive NCA to its former glory.
