Thanksgiving 2024 Backyard mini-pyromusical "Little Drummer Boy"
Just a little show we threw together for the family last minute. Easy, fun, quick and cheap! These are my favorite.
About 80 ematches. 12x 200g cakes, 2x500g cakes, and 60 something single shots. My helper plugged in 6 cakes and forgot to take out the shunts :( Sooooo make that 6x 200g cakes lol. Still a fun show.

This is the first mixed 1.4g/1.3g script I’ve ever designed. We were at a fireworks license training event and the hosts offered to let the 9 of us put together a display as part of the training. I volunteered to script the show. I was wondering what I got myself into as I was downloading the mp3 at midnight and it had to be ready in the morning. I had never even looked at a 1.3g inventory list...

Just ordered a 5G and two 2G to add to our other 4 small ones for the 4th. Looking to do the same and do some playing … I mean testing. Looked amazing and am so glad I made our order now Side note if you add some titanium that will keep the ground from catching fire
These things so much fun. I will add water to cover and protect the lift charge when it’s dry like in July. I’ve heard about the benefits of titanium I just need to order some.

Great leftover show we did the same thing this year. What was the spacing between your stations? Looks around 35’-40’
5 stations 50 feet apart, but there were 2 sub stations between 4 and 5 with only a few cues

Thanks! My first time using comets like that. One module was off sync almost an entire second which was a bummer…..but live and learn :)

That finale is clean but the scream at 4:29 stole the show! 😱🤣🎆
I was wondering if anybody would call that out and I’m glad you did lol. I found a 100 shot Saturn missile battery last minute so it was not in the time code script, so I hooked it in parallel to the closest cue which is 26 seconds to end. A 100 missile is a pretty reliable 30 seconds so I knew that would happen. Reinforces the old saying, stick to the script:)
