whats the enforcement of the road laws in columbia? it seems pretty lax there, where the motorists are kinda just everywhere. im american so i dont know much about their laws.
by enforcement i mean do the police care much about road laws.
To my knowledge and talking with locals, there are some ways that police enforce laws, ie speed cameras, and traffic light cameras. I’ve seen moto cops pull people over for things but for the most part it seems lax. But also driving standards and etiquette are different to at least what I am used to in the US so things happening are normal there.

one guy thought he could cross because the big truck was blocking the other motorcycle from view, then they crash, and both then lay in the road on purpose and then leave their bikes in the road on purpose, not letting anyone move them, probably for some insurance scam bullshit reason, which immediately backs up traffic in all of medellin dude really got up, and then went back to lay down in the middle of the road lol, then you ask to move their bikes and they like nahhh hahaha what a shitty thing to do
