Just turned 18 & as a kid we never knew that this song would mean so much now we’re grown , memories & nostalgia crazy 🤦🏿‍♂️

They way they animated this was perfectly in scene with this song. “So tell me have you found when life’s going round n around when climbing your way to the top can bring you down” They run up the spiraling stairs only for the monster to be staining them down at the top. “When it all falls apart we gotta keep it together where ever you go I’ll be there by your side I want you to know that we’re brothers forever if the bottom drops out we’ll hang on for the ride” The loc nes monster destroyed the bottom half of the tower prompting it to fall with scooby and shaggy still inside. “Castles may stand but they don’t last forever save what you can let the rest of it slide hang on to your friends and you’ll get through whatever soon you’ll be coming out the other side” Scooby and shaggy are inside the sliding castle tower the monster destroyed hanging on to each other and then coming out the bottom side of the broken castle fleeing to safety” “Everybody’s running thinking they can just play hide and seek open your eyes and realize this life is just a crazy mystery” Shaggy and scooby running from the monster and hiding inside a tent in the carnival from it. “So how can you have any fun when troubles got you out on the run and this world feels like the monster weighs a ton” Shaggy and Scooby don’t see the monster anywhere feeling relieved only for it to emerge from one of the tents resuming the chase “When it all falls apart we gotta keep it together running ahead leave your troubles behind never we’ll part cause we’re stronger than ever and if we get cornered we’ll go for a ride” Scooby and shaggy running from the monster getting cornered by it and managing to make a cartoonish getaway using a throwing weight as a makeshift helicopter. “When it all falls apart we gotta keep it together fighting for all of the things we believe I want you to know that we’re brothers forever and when it comes to the end well live brave and free” The makeshift helicopter runs out of momentum causing them to fall on the monster and make a get away sliding onto its back landing safely on a tent for the chase to end. These animators knew what they were doing they made every part of this chase fit the song. They don’t make Scooby doo like this anymore.

Me and my brother used to watch this movie all the time, and this song was our favorite part of the movie. We would stand on the bed and act out the chase scene as shaggy and scooby 😅 this holds a special place in my heart
