Glide baits are something I’m just now starting to get. I have a couple haven’t landed a fish on one yet but they’re fun to throw.

We do get big smallmouth in the Midwest

I wish in my country have fishing regulation like yours so our game fish have a chance to grow more than 200gram. Catch & release practicing wasn't popular enough around here and only a couple people like me tried to but its just sad to me when people would be mad at you for releasing the fish back, even when the fish didn't reach enough maturity yet to breed.
