If you're still answering comments, could you tell me if this cut technique allows for variable hair parts? My side part is naturally different everyday day, often not a straight line. Most hairdressers cut my long straight hair with middle part in mind, but I never wear middle part. I'm trying to tell apart which hairdressers use a technique which allows me different side parts, and which do a quick cash grab with middle part but no 4 sections while cutting. I believe some don't even tuck my hair sections, they literally just do a middle part all over and cut, that's it. But I'm trying to identify the right way.

When you started the cut on the sides where did you take your guide from? I didn’t see you take a section from the back so i was confused on how you got the guideline over to the side partying.
