It's extremely difficult to manoevre a ship like this in port and in traffic with the navigation bridge right forward - problem is one of perspective - speaking from experience

I don’t know how the British determine what they call a domestic change of station but in the USN a deployment is an overseas assignment of six or months .
Its the press, they dont understand the difference between a deployment and a sea trial. Those of us who wore the uniform know the difference, thats what matters.
