Menurut gua, pembahasan paling relate saat ini ya soal isu lingkungan. Kita selama ini mengeruk kekayaan bumi tanpa memikirkan kondisi bumi saat ini sudah seperti apa. Bahkan ketika sudah ada peringatan pun (perubahan iklim dan berbagai bencana alam), manusia gak mau menghiraukan. Kita malah semakin sibuk mencari cara untuk lupa dan mengeruk sisa-sisa untuk mempertahankan hal yang belum tentu berguna seperti halnya membuat simulasi hidup di Metaverse, Jalan-jalan ke planet lain, membangun gedung setinggi dan sebesar mungkin tanpa tujuan berarti dan bertimbal balik untuk bumi sendiri. Pada akhirnya, ketika suatu saat nanti bumi sudah diambang kehabisan daya, mungkin manusia baru akan sadar betapa abainya mereka selama ini terhadap bumi. Dan apa yang bisa mereka lakukan? Apakah dengan menanam pohon baru akan cukup ketika atmosfer sudah tidak mampu melindungi isinya? Apakah mengurangi penggunaan plastik cukup untuk mengatasi tanah dan air bumi yang sudah tercemar? ... Pertanyaan terpenting saat ini. Apakah kita bisa menjadikan bumi abadi? Nope 🙅 Kita gak hidup selamanya, begitu juga dengan bumi. Tapi kita bisa memperpanjang kehidupan jika kita masih mau punya harapan. Kita (manusia dan bumi) harus sama-sama berjuang untuk bertahan. It's the same thing with oil , we could have use petroleum and oil for creating better Healthcare ,education ,housing infrastructure but we used it for making cars ,mining gold ,silver ,diamond things that don't produce energy .We turned energy into money but we can't turn money into energy.Some people think gold is rare but It's not you can find it on every Rocky planet, what you can't find is oil once we run out of it ,every society will collapse.Gold as a mineral has only one use to make ornaments 😂 ,pure gold can't be used so we have to mine extra copper to mix it with which wastes more energy. If people think that somehow you will create energy you won't , fusion is fiction not reality. If we reduce our consumption and reinvent things that consume lot of energy , make as many solar panels we can still be saved If not we will die. Before saying solar panels have a large carbon footprint, remember if we reduce manufacturing of everything unnecessary it will be okay.
